The YCA AGM 2018 will be held on 16th June, at the Holiday Inn Express, Hull, 80,Ferensway, Hull HU2 8LN.

All affiliated clubs should aim to send at least one representative, though in principle anyone who played in the Yorkshire league in 2017-18 would be eligible to attend and vote, also Honorary Life Members. (The abolition of the Registration Fee which was tied to Affiliated Membership has rendered the Constitution inscrutable to the ordinary chess-player in the street, something my Rule change proposals could have remedied at the 2017 AGM, had the meeting been quorate.) |
