NCCU U-120 Team Championships
Yorkshire met Lancashire in both the U-120 section of the Northern Counties Chess Union’s inter-county team championships on Sunday, 15/04/2018, at Bury Bridge Club, Art Gallery, Moss Street, Bury BL9 0DF.
Yorkshire captain David Mills expected a relatively weak, newly formed Yorkshire U-120 team to perform “modestly”, but to get some useful experience. Results were as follows:
Congratulations to the Lancashire team who, with NCCU U-120 winners Merseyside, progress to the ECF County Championship “finals stages”.
