Following on from the first round, which had to be aborted and is now to be played on 01/08/2020, it proved impossible for captain Daniel Sullivan to raise as strong a team for the second round, possibly because some players had been put off by the experience of the aborted first round. The server being used, chess.com, is different from that used by the 4NCL (Lichess).
