< 1898 Roses Match – 1900 Roses Match > played at Huddersfield, on 11/03/1899, over 31 boards.
The result of the match was reported in the Sheffield Daily Telegraph of 13/03/1899.
That a “J. Wahltuch” played on board 20 and board 26 seems unlikely, suggesting an error in the report. Maybe it was his father, Dr. Adolphe Wahltuch, who played on board 26.
