01/07/2023 Under-11 England Team Qualifier Event
The 48th Scarborough Congress, which is the 2nd under Nigel Hepworth’s management, is this year to include a one-day junior event on Saturday 28th October 2023 which serve as an Under-11 England team qualifier event. Juniors entering the main congress will also be eligible to qualify for this.
Such a junior event used to be run alongside the British Rapidplay Championship when run by Brent Kitson and associates. (The present writer remembers doing the grading submission for the junior event the last time it was run at Brent Kitson’s event.)
