17/09/2022 Non-Withdrawal of York C from the I M Brown!
Somebody from York Chess Club had reported that for various reasons York C has had to be withdrawn from the I M Brown competition, but it transpires that although the original captain had had to resign (as he personally advised), others now advise the club is nevertheless looking for a replacement captain.
