14/09/2023 Yorkshire Individual Championship 2023
The previous report on the Hull Congress contained no mention of the Yorkshire Individual Championship which at the 2023 YCA AGM was awarded to the Hull Congress, as confirmation of the outcome was not to hand. Congress organiser Stephen Greep has confirmed that the title was awarded (as you’d expect from the results table) to local up-and-coming player Joe Varley, who was duly presented with the trophy as shown in the photograph below.
